The patient shows elevated serum creatinine, indicating impaired renal function, and low total CO₂, suggesting possible metabolic acidosis. Urinalysis reveals significant proteinuria, glucosuria, and ketonuria, with low specific gravity and abnormal urine appearance, supporting renal dysfunction and possible diabetic or metabolic decompensation.
