The patient shows elevated serum creatinine, suggesting impaired renal function. Urinalysis reveals significant proteinuria, glucosuria, ketonuria, low specific gravity, and abnormal urine appearance (cloudy, brown, ammoniacal), all indicating possible renal pathology (e.g., diabetic nephropathy or acute kidney injury). However, HbA1c is low, arguing against chronic hyperglycemia. No evidence of urinary tract infection. Recommend further nephrological evaluation and assessment for possible acute or chronic kidney disease.
