Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows poor glycemic control (elevated HbA1c), mild dyslipidemia (high cholesterol and triglycerides), and a slightly low total CO₂, which may suggest mild metabolic acidosis. Renal function, electrolytes, and blood counts are within normal limits. No evidence of significant proteinuria or hematologic abnormalities. Recommend optimization of diabetes and lipid management and clinical correlation for possible metabolic acidosis.
