| The patient shows mild normocytic anemia, elevated creatinine suggesting impaired renal function, markedly increased total bilirubin with normal liver enzymes (possible pre-hepatic or post-hepatic cause), mild hypomagnesemia, metabolic acidosis (low pH, normal pCO₂, normal bicarbonate), and hypoxemia. Lipid profile reveals hypercholesterolemia and high LDL. Other parameters are within normal limits. Recommend further evaluation of renal and hepatobiliary function and assessment of anemia and acid-base status. |
