Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows mildly elevated creatinine, suggesting possible renal impairment. Urinalysis reveals proteinuria, glycosuria, and ketonuria, with low specific gravity and abnormal urine appearance, indicating possible renal dysfunction and metabolic derangement (e.g., diabetes or dehydration). However, HbA1c is low, arguing against chronic hyperglycemia. No evidence of urinary infection. Recommend further evaluation of renal function, metabolic status, and possible acute or chronic kidney disease.
