The patient shows mildly decreased HbA1c, creatinine, and total CO₂, with other parameters within normal limits. Low creatinine may reflect reduced muscle mass, common in elderly patients. Low HbA1c could indicate possible hypoglycemia or recent changes in glucose metabolism. Mildly low CO₂ may suggest a tendency toward metabolic acidosis. Clinical correlation is recommended.
