| The patient shows elevated serum creatinine, proteinuria, glucosuria, and ketonuria, suggesting impaired renal function with possible nephrotic-range protein loss and glycosuria not explained by hyperglycemia. Urine is cloudy, brown, and dilute. No evidence of urinary tract infection or hematuria. Findings are consistent with significant renal impairment; further nephrological evaluation is recommended. |
