The patient shows mild hypoglycemia and low creatinine, which may reflect reduced muscle mass or overhydration. There is mild hyperchloremia and significantly elevated total and LDL cholesterol, indicating increased cardiovascular risk. Other parameters, including renal function (urea, microalbumin/creatinine), electrolytes, and HbA1c, are within normal limits. Clinical correlation and follow-up of lipid profile and glucose are recommended.
