Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated serum creatinine, proteinuria, glucosuria, ketonuria, and low urine specific gravity, suggesting impaired renal function with possible nephrotic-range proteinuria and tubular dysfunction. The presence of glucose and ketones in urine with low HbA1c and normal blood glucose is unusual and may indicate a non-diabetic cause. Urine is cloudy and brown, but no evidence of infection. Further nephrological evaluation is recommended to clarify the underlying renal pathology.
