| The patient shows markedly elevated creatinine, significant proteinuria, and abnormal urine findings (cloudy, brown, low specific gravity, presence of glucose, ketones, and bilirubin), suggesting acute or chronic renal dysfunction with possible nephrotic features. Blood glucose is normal, but HbA1c is unexpectedly low. No evidence of urinary tract infection. Recommend urgent nephrology evaluation for further assessment and management. |
