Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
Most parameters are within normal limits. There is a mildly elevated creatinine, which may suggest reduced kidney function or dehydration, and a low total CO₂, possibly indicating mild metabolic acidosis. HDL cholesterol is low, which increases cardiovascular risk. Hemoglobin A1c and glucose are normal. Recommend clinical correlation for renal function, hydration status, and cardiovascular risk assessment. Lifestyle modification to improve HDL is advised.
