Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated creatinine, proteinuria, and low urine specific gravity, suggesting impaired renal function. Urine findings (cloudy, brown, ammoniacal) may indicate urinary tract pathology, but no infection markers are present. Mild anemia is noted. Blood glucose is normal, but HbA1c is unexpectedly low-may reflect recent anemia or altered red cell turnover. Urine ketones and glucose are elevated, warranting further metabolic assessment. Recommend nephrology evaluation and review of possible causes for low HbA1c.
