| The patient shows significantly elevated serum creatinine, indicating impaired renal function, and marked proteinuria, glycosuria, and ketonuria, suggesting possible diabetic nephropathy or acute kidney injury with metabolic derangement. Urine is abnormal in appearance and color, but no evidence of infection. Low urine specific gravity may indicate impaired concentrating ability. Liver enzymes and electrolytes are within normal limits. Recommend urgent clinical evaluation for renal dysfunction and metabolic status. |
