The patient shows a colonic polyp larger than the normal upper limit and a positive fecal immunochemical test (FIT) with significantly elevated hemoglobin in stool, indicating gastrointestinal bleeding. These findings are suggestive of a high risk for colorectal neoplasia and warrant prompt gastroenterological evaluation, including colonoscopy and possible biopsy.
