| All measured parameters are within normal limits except for a mildly elevated chloride and a markedly increased platelet distribution width, which may indicate platelet size variability but is of unclear clinical significance if platelet count and morphology are otherwise normal. No evidence of anemia, renal dysfunction, or impaired glucose control. Correlate with clinical findings if platelet disorders are suspected. |
