| The patient shows mild normocytic anemia (low erythrocytes, high hemoglobin), significant hyperbilirubinemia, and markedly elevated creatinine, suggesting possible renal dysfunction and hemolysis or liver dysfunction. Arterial blood gas indicates acidemia and mild hypoxemia. Other parameters, including electrolytes, liver enzymes, and coagulation, are within normal limits. Further clinical correlation and investigation of renal and hepatic function are recommended. |
