The blood count is largely within normal limits. There is a mild erythrocytosis (elevated erythrocyte count) and a markedly increased platelet distribution width, which may indicate increased platelet size variability, possibly due to reactive or regenerative processes. No evidence of anemia, leukocytosis, or thrombocytopenia. Correlation with clinical context is recommended.
