Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows mild leukopenia, anemia, and thrombocytopenia, suggesting possible bone marrow suppression or chronic disease. There is significant renal impairment (elevated creatinine), marked hyperbilirubinemia, and dyslipidemia (high cholesterol and triglycerides). Mild metabolic acidosis is indicated by low CO₂. Liver enzymes are not elevated, but low AST may reflect reduced hepatic synthesis. Overall, findings suggest chronic kidney and possible liver dysfunction; clinical correlation and further evaluation are recommended.
