| The results show well-controlled long-term glucose (HbA1c), but a slightly low current blood glucose, which may indicate risk of hypoglycemia. Renal function and electrolytes are within normal limits except for mildly elevated chloride, which is likely not clinically significant in isolation. No acute concerns, but monitor for hypoglycemic symptoms and review antidiabetic therapy if applicable. |
