Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated serum creatinine, proteinuria, glucosuria, and ketonuria, suggesting impaired renal function and possible tubular dysfunction. Low urine specific gravity further supports renal concentrating defects. Despite normal serum glucose, low HbA1c and presence of glucose and ketones in urine may indicate recent metabolic derangement or acute illness. Urine is cloudy and brown, but no evidence of infection (negative nitrite/leukocytes). Recommend further evaluation for acute or chronic kidney disease and possible metabolic disturbances.
