| The patient shows evidence of acute or chronic kidney dysfunction (elevated creatinine, proteinuria, glucosuria, ketonuria), mild hypoglycemia, and metabolic acidosis (low CO₂, high chloride). Urine findings (cloudy, brown, ammoniacal odor) may suggest urinary tract pathology. Low HbA1c and hypoglycemia argue against chronic hyperglycemia. Recommend urgent clinical assessment for renal impairment, metabolic derangements, and possible urinary tract infection. |
