The patient shows mild hypoglycemia, elevated serum creatinine suggesting impaired renal function, and significant proteinuria with low urine specific gravity, indicating possible nephrotic syndrome or glomerular pathology. Urine is brown, cloudy, and ammoniacal, but without evidence of infection (negative nitrites/leukocytes). Glycosuria is present despite low serum glucose, which may indicate tubular dysfunction. Further nephrological evaluation is recommended.
