Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows dyslipidemia with markedly elevated total and LDL cholesterol and low HDL, increasing cardiovascular risk. Mild normocytic anemia is present. Creatinine is slightly below normal, likely not clinically significant. Total CO₂ is marginally low, possibly reflecting mild metabolic acidosis. Other parameters, including glucose, renal function (urea), and electrolytes, are within normal limits. Recommend clinical correlation for anemia and aggressive management of lipid abnormalities.
