| The patient shows markedly elevated serum creatinine, indicating significant renal impairment, and elevated ALT, suggesting possible liver involvement. Urinalysis reveals proteinuria, glucosuria, ketonuria, low specific gravity, and abnormal appearance, consistent with nephrotic-range protein loss and possible tubular dysfunction. No evidence of urinary infection. Findings are suggestive of acute or chronic kidney disease with possible metabolic derangements; prompt nephrology evaluation is recommended. |
