The results indicate poor glycemic control (elevated HbA1c and fasting glucose), and dyslipidemia (high total cholesterol and triglycerides). Renal function, electrolytes, and microalbumin/creatinine ratio are within normal limits. Recommend clinical follow-up for diabetes and lipid management to reduce cardiovascular risk.
