Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated serum creatinine and potassium, suggesting impaired renal function. Urinalysis reveals proteinuria, glucosuria, ketonuria, low specific gravity, and abnormal urine appearance, indicating possible nephropathy and poor glycemic control, despite a low HbA1c (possibly due to anemia or recent changes). Further evaluation of renal function, diabetes status, and possible urinary tract pathology is recommended.
