Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
All parameters are within normal limits except for a mildly decreased hematocrit and a markedly elevated platelet distribution width (PDW). The low hematocrit with normal RBC indices and hemoglobin may suggest mild dilution or early anemia. The high PDW may indicate increased platelet size variability, possibly due to platelet activation or recent production. Clinical correlation is recommended.
