Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated serum creatinine, suggesting possible renal impairment. Urinalysis reveals proteinuria, glucosuria, low specific gravity, and abnormal urine appearance (cloudy, brown, ammoniacal), which may indicate renal dysfunction or possible urinary tract pathology. Blood counts are largely within normal limits, though hematocrit is borderline low. Further clinical correlation and renal evaluation are recommended.
