The patient shows elevated serum creatinine, proteinuria, glycosuria, and ketonuria, with low urine specific gravity and abnormal urine appearance (cloudy, brown, ammoniacal). These findings suggest impaired renal function, possible diabetic nephropathy, and possible dehydration or metabolic disturbance. No evidence of urinary tract infection is present. Further clinical correlation and nephrology evaluation are recommended.
