Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
All hematological parameters are within or near normal limits, except for mildly elevated MCHC, platelet mean volume, and platelet distribution width. These findings may indicate larger and more heterogeneous platelets, possibly reflecting increased platelet turnover or activation, but are nonspecific. No evidence of anemia, leukocytosis, or thrombocytopenia. Correlate with clinical context if platelet disorders are suspected.
