Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated HbA1c, cholesterol, and triglycerides, indicating suboptimal glycemic and lipid control, suggestive of diabetes and dyslipidemia. Renal function, electrolytes, and complete blood count are within normal limits. Urine microalbumin/creatinine ratio is normal, suggesting no current diabetic nephropathy. The markedly high platelet distribution width may warrant further evaluation but other platelet parameters are normal. Recommend clinical correlation and management of cardiovascular risk factors.
