Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The urine findings indicate a urinary tract infection (UTI) with Escherichia coli, evidenced by positive nitrites, leukocyte esterase, elevated leukocytes, presence of bacteria, and >100,000 CFU/mL E. coli. Hematuria and mild proteinuria are present. Glucosuria is noted and may warrant further evaluation for hyperglycemia or diabetes. No casts detected. Recommend clinical correlation and appropriate antimicrobial therapy.
