Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The results show mildly elevated fasting glucose and normal HbA1c, suggesting possible impaired fasting glucose or early dysglycemia. Erythrocyte count is slightly low, but other red cell indices are normal, indicating mild, likely clinically insignificant anemia. Platelet distribution width is elevated, which may reflect increased platelet size variability but with normal platelet count and mean volume. Renal and electrolyte parameters are within normal limits. No acute pathology is evident; recommend clinical correlation and monitoring of glucose metabolism.
