Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
Urine analysis shows significant bacteriuria (>100,000 CFU/mL Proteus mirabilis), positive nitrites, leukocyte esterase, hematuria, pyuria, and presence of bacteria, indicating a urinary tract infection. Glucosuria is noted without ketonuria. Low specific gravity may suggest dilute urine. Recommend clinical correlation for UTI symptoms and consideration of targeted antibiotic therapy; further evaluation of glucosuria is advised to rule out underlying glycemic disorders.
