Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows poor glycemic control (elevated HbA1c), hypoglycemia, dyslipidemia (markedly high total and LDL cholesterol), mild normocytic anemia, and thrombocytosis with abnormal platelet indices. Renal and electrolyte parameters are within normal limits. Recommend clinical correlation for diabetes management, cardiovascular risk assessment, and evaluation of anemia and platelet abnormalities.
