Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
Serum creatinine is elevated, suggesting possible renal impairment. Urinalysis shows proteinuria, glucosuria, low specific gravity, and abnormal urine appearance (cloudy, brown, ammoniacal), but no hematuria, leukocytes, or nitrites. These findings may indicate underlying renal dysfunction (possibly tubular), but no clear evidence of infection. Further nephrological evaluation is recommended.
