The patient shows markedly elevated creatinine, proteinuria, and ketonuria, with low urine specific gravity and abnormal urine appearance, suggesting significant renal impairment, likely acute or chronic kidney disease with possible nephrotic features. Blood glucose is low-normal with low HbA1c, and there is no evidence of urinary tract infection. Further nephrological evaluation and clinical correlation are strongly recommended.
