The patient shows mild anemia (low hemoglobin) with otherwise normal red cell indices and counts. Platelet count is normal, but platelet distribution width is elevated, which may indicate increased platelet size variability, possibly due to reactive or regenerative processes. No leukocyte abnormalities are present. Correlation with clinical context and further evaluation for anemia etiology is recommended.
