| All measured values are within or close to normal ranges, except for a mildly decreased HbA1c and creatinine. The low HbA1c may reflect recent changes in glucose metabolism or possible anemia, while low creatinine is often not clinically significant in elderly patients with reduced muscle mass. No acute abnormalities detected. Correlate with clinical context if symptoms are present. |
