Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The results show a mild erythrocytopenia (low red blood cell count) with otherwise normal hemoglobin and hematocrit, suggesting early or mild anemia. Platelet count is normal, but platelet distribution width is elevated, which may indicate increased platelet size variability, possibly due to increased platelet turnover or activation. No leukocyte abnormalities are present. Correlation with clinical context and follow-up is recommended.
