Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated serum creatinine, indicating possible renal impairment. Urinalysis reveals significant proteinuria, glucosuria, low specific gravity, and mild ketonuria, with no hematuria or leukocyturia. Urine is cloudy, brown, and ammoniacal. These findings suggest impaired renal function, likely of chronic nature, with possible tubular dysfunction. No clear evidence of urinary tract infection. Further nephrological evaluation is recommended.
