Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows significant renal impairment (elevated creatinine, proteinuria, low urine specific gravity), mild hypocalcemia, and mildly elevated liver enzymes. Urinalysis reveals proteinuria, glucosuria, ketonuria, and bilirubinuria, with abnormal urine appearance and color, but no evidence of infection. Findings are suggestive of acute or chronic kidney dysfunction, possible hepatic involvement, and metabolic derangements (e.g., diabetes or ketoacidosis). Further clinical correlation and nephrology/hepatology evaluation are recommended.
