| The results indicate suboptimal glycemic control (elevated HbA1c), mild renal impairment (slightly high creatinine), and dyslipidemia (high total cholesterol, LDL, and triglycerides). There is also mild hyperchloremia and low total CO₂, which may suggest a mild metabolic acidosis. Microalbumin/creatinine ratio is normal. Recommend clinical correlation and further management of diabetes, renal function, and cardiovascular risk factors. |
