Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
Most parameters are within normal limits. Mildly low total CO₂ may suggest a tendency toward metabolic acidosis, and elevated erythrocyte count could indicate relative polycythemia or dehydration. Platelet distribution width is markedly high, which may reflect platelet anisocytosis but should be correlated clinically. Urine specific gravity is low, possibly indicating dilute urine. No evidence of infection or proteinuria in urine. Clinical correlation is recommended.
