All red and white blood cell parameters are within normal limits. There is mild thrombocytosis (elevated platelet count) and a markedly increased platelet distribution width, which may indicate increased platelet production or activation. Correlation with clinical context and possible repeat testing is recommended to rule out reactive or primary causes. No evidence of anemia or leukocytosis.
