| The patient shows markedly elevated serum creatinine, indicating significant renal impairment. Urinalysis reveals proteinuria, glycosuria, and ketonuria, with low specific gravity, suggesting impaired renal concentrating ability and possible nephrotic or diabetic kidney involvement. No evidence of urinary tract infection is present. Blood CO₂ is low, indicating possible metabolic acidosis. Liver function and electrolytes are within normal limits. Findings are consistent with advanced renal dysfunction; prompt nephrology evaluation is recommended. |
