| The patient shows dyslipidemia with elevated total cholesterol, LDL, and triglycerides, and low HDL, increasing cardiovascular risk. Glucose and HbA1c are within acceptable limits. Renal function (urea, creatinine, microalbumin/creatinine) is normal. Mildly decreased total CO₂ may suggest a mild metabolic acidosis but requires clinical correlation. Electrolytes and calcium are within normal limits. Recommend addressing lipid abnormalities and monitoring metabolic status. |
