Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The findings indicate a urinary tract infection (UTI) with significant pyuria, bacteriuria, positive nitrites, and leukocyte esterase, as well as >100,000 CFU/mL E. coli in culture. Mild hematuria is present. Glucosuria is noted without ketonuria. Low urine specific gravity may suggest dilute urine. No casts detected. Clinical correlation and appropriate antimicrobial therapy are recommended.
