Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows mild hypoglycemia and a low HbA1c, suggesting possible chronic low blood glucose. Elevated creatinine indicates impaired renal function. Urinalysis reveals proteinuria, glucosuria, ketonuria, bilirubinuria, low specific gravity, and abnormal urine appearance, suggesting renal dysfunction and possible tubular damage. No evidence of urinary tract infection. Recommend further nephrological evaluation and assessment for underlying metabolic or systemic disease.
