Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated NT-proBNP, suggesting possible heart failure or cardiac strain. There is mild normocytic anemia. Glucose is acutely elevated, but HbA1c is within normal range, indicating possible stress hyperglycemia. Lipid profile is atherogenic (high total cholesterol, LDL, triglycerides, and low HDL). Renal and liver function are within normal limits. No acute myocardial injury is detected. Recommend clinical correlation for cardiac status and metabolic risk management.
